Trainings

As a lifelong learner and dedicated psychologist, I have spent decades studying and practicing approaches that support healing, growth, and transformation. My training spans both academic learning — where I gained knowledge through formal study and research — and experiential learning, where wisdom came through direct, embodied practice.

This combination allows me to bring both the depth of clinical psychology and the richness of lived, hands-on experience into our work together. By blending these two ways of knowing, I can offer therapy that is both grounded in evidence-based approaches and deeply connected to real human experience.
