My Services…
Issues I Specialize In Helping
What You Might Be Experiencing
I offer compassionate, one-on-one therapy for adults of all ages navigating life transitions.
Whether we meet in person, online, over the phone, or during a walk-and-talk, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.
I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as:
-
Anxiety can feel overwhelming — racing thoughts, restlessness, tension, or a constant sense of worry that’s hard to shake. In therapy, we work together to understand the root of your anxiety and develop tools to calm your mind, ease your body, and restore a sense of balance and control.
-
Depression can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected. In therapy, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles and work toward healing, hope, and a renewed sense of self.
-
The effects of trauma can linger in the mind and body, showing up as anxiety, fear, or feeling unsafe. Therapy offers a supportive space to process your experiences and rebuild trust, strength, and resilience.
-
Struggles in relationships can bring up patterns of conflict, disconnection, or loneliness. Therapy can help you build healthier communication, deepen intimacy, and create more supportive connections.
-
Living with ADHD or being neurodivergent can affect focus, emotions, and self-esteem. Therapy offers tools to harness your strengths, ease challenges, and create balance in daily life.
-
If you feel deeply and notice subtleties others may miss, therapy can help you embrace your sensitivity as a strength while learning skills to manage overwhelm and thrive.
-
Living with chronic illness can feel isolating and overwhelming. Symptoms like fatigue, pain, heightened reactivity (eg., foods, molds, allergens, chemicals, etc.), and anxiety or burnout often have a neurological basis — and certain therapies can help. These approaches not only support you in coping with the emotional impact and finding renewed balance and meaning, but they can also reduce, and in some cases even eliminate, physical symptoms.
-
Therapy can support your spiritual path, whether you’re seeking deeper meaning, healing past wounds, or exploring connection with nature, dreams, or inner wisdom.
I work with creative, sensitive individuals — including those who may be neurodivergent — who are navigating the challenges of both emotional well-being and possibly also physical symptoms of illness. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, burnout, un-wellness, or simply feeling out of alignment with yourself, I provide a safe and compassionate space for your healing.
Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment path that focuses first on your most pressing concerns, so you can feel relief and momentum early in the process.
Over time, many of my clients experience not only the resolution of their most difficult challenges but also a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and connection to who they truly are.
Therapy Approaches & Offerings
How We’ll Work Together
-
The first step in a holistic therapy process is building trust and connection. In our early sessions, we’ll take time to get to know each other, creating a safe and supportive space for your healing journey. This includes me learning about your personal history and life experiences that may be shaping your current challenges, so together we can begin to understand what matters most for your treatment.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself — such as the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child. In therapy, we work with these parts to reduce inner conflict, heal past pain, and create a greater sense of self-compassion, balance, and wholeness.
-
Body–Mind, or Somatic and Mindfulness therapies, recognize the deep connection between your emotions and your physical experiences. Visualizations, Breath-work, Grounding, Meditation, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Body Scans, Yoga, Dance, and Gentle Stretching are all body-mind practices that help you listen to your body, release stored tension, and build greater awareness, resilience, and balance.
-
Attachment-focused therapy helps you understand how early relationships shape your sense of safety and connection. In a supportive therapeutic relationship, you can build more secure attachments and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
-
EMDR is a somatic trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain reprocess painful memories in a safe and supported way. Over time, triggers lose their intensity, and you can move forward with greater calm, strength, and clarity.
-
CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. In therapy, you’ll learn practical tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety or depression, and create lasting positive change.
-
Brain retraining is a gentle, science-based approach that helps calm an overactive nervous system and create new, healthier pathways in the brain. This process can reduce symptoms related to chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, and burnout by teaching the brain and body to respond in more balanced ways. In therapy, brain retraining offers practical tools to shift old patterns, restore resilience, and support lasting healing and well-being.
-
Psychodynamic therapy (or depth therapy) explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape your present. By bringing awareness to these patterns, therapy helps you create healthier relationships and a more authentic life.
-
Nature therapy draws on the healing power of being in reciprocal relationship with the natural world. Whether through time outdoors, walk-and-talk sessions, or exploring the symbolic meaning found in nature, this approach fosters grounding, insight, and a renewed sense of belonging as part of the Earth.
Formal ADHD Psychological Evaluation
An ADHD evaluation is a supportive and thorough process designed to better understand your unique strengths, challenges, and needs.
The assessment typically includes conversations about your history, current symptoms, and how attention, focus, organization, emotional and possibly physical regulation affect your daily life. It may also involve questionnaires and/or input from loved ones.
The goal of an ADHD evaluation is not just a diagnosis and school/work accommodation recommendations, but greater clarity, self-understanding, and a personalized plan for treatment and support — so you can move forward with more confidence and balance.
After your ADHD psychological evaluation, you will receive a formal report that can be used in academic or workplace settings to request accommodations. This formal report includes:
your diagnosis, based on qualitative and quantitative data
recommended accommodations
personalized treatment recommendations
The cost for a formal ADHD Psychological Evaluation starts at $2,000
